1.2 Scope This consent covers all modules and services under the NextGen ecosystem including, but not limited to:
• NextGen Hub
• NextGen Score
• NextGen Survey
• All future affiliated platforms or digital services
2. Collection of Personal Data 2.1 Information Collected We may collect the following personal data:
• Full name
• Company ID number or employee ID
• Email address and contact number
• Department and business unit affiliation
• Usage logs, system activity, and behavior data within the platform
• Any additional data voluntarily provided via forms or submissions
2.2 Source of Data Your data will be collected directly from you during registration and throughout your use of the platform.
3. Use and Purpose of Data 3.1 Primary Use Collected data will be used for:
• User authentication and platform access
• Enabling analytics, reporting, and personalized dashboards
• Monitoring and improving service performance
• Communications regarding updates, maintenance, and feedback collection
3.2 Secondary Use Aggregated, anonymized data may be used for internal research, business intelligence, or operational improvements, without personally identifying any individual.

2. Definition of Terms

Refers to the NextGen digital ecosystem, including but not limited to:
- NextGen Hub
- NextGen Score
- NextGen Survey
- Future modules developed under the NextGen brand
2.2 “User”
Refers to any employee, authorized personnel, or third-party individual granted access to the Platform.
2.3 “Organization”

3. User Registration and Eligibility
3.1 Account Registration
Users must complete the registration process using accurate and verifiable information. Access is granted only to authorized users as defined by the DAT Unit.
3.2 Authentication

3.3 Ineligibility
The Organization reserves the right to reject, suspend, or revoke account access based on non-compliance or changes in eligibility.
4. Data Use and Privacy

All information accessed or submitted within the Platform is subject to the Organization’s Data Privacy Policy.

All analytics, metrics, and data visualizations remain the intellectual property of the Organization unless otherwise specified.

5. Acceptable Use Policy

6. Intellectual Property

All software, dashboards, visual assets, and codebases used in the Platform are proprietary to the Organization.

No part of the Platform may be reproduced, modified, or repurposed without prior written consent from the DAT Unit.
7. Platform Management
7.1 Modifications
The Organization reserves the right to alter features, interfaces, or access levels without prior notice, though reasonable efforts will be made to notify Users of major changes.
7.2 Downtime
Scheduled maintenance or system upgrades may result in temporary unavailability. The DAT Unit will coordinate notices in advance.
8. Termination and Revocation
8.1 Termination by Organization
User access may be terminated for violations of these Terms, disengagement from the Organization, or inactivity.
8.2 User Responsibility Post-Termination
Upon termination, the User must cease all access and destroy any locally stored materials or data.
9. Limitation of Liability
9.1 Disclaimer
The Platform is provided “as is.” The Organization makes no guarantees regarding uninterrupted service, complete accuracy, or bug-free performance.
9.2 Indemnity
Users agree to indemnify the Organization from any claims arising from misuse or unauthorized use of the Platform.
10. Final Provisions
10.1 Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines.
10.2 Amendments
The Organization reserves the right to update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Platform constitutes acceptance of any revisions.
11. User Declaration
